How to resubmit your content to Google?

Google sitemaps says “Googlebot last successfully accessed your home page on Jun 14, 2007.” it was sunday i guess i checked google if my indexes were changed yes they were changed. in the long form like http://url/how-to-submit.php

now i look google for my indexes and they are not like that and i am in the first page again how come?

I wonder if google return to its previous index :)
