Clearing the wordpress

I have checked google sitemaps and see that i was not submitted yet so I cleared the links on the right side and thinking to put my own links there. Deleted the page “About” and have some changes in the footer.php. The changes were only textual. Cleared only the informational texts like “copyright /powered by”. And there was a small scriplet writing stuff after every post i cleared that one also
